سياسة الخصوصية
تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق «Ultra Sat» (com.ultrasat.app) المقدَّم من SK Upload (مزود الخدمة) كخدمة مجانية.
البيانات التي نجمعها
يجمع التطبيق معلومات عند تحميله واستخدامه، وقد تشمل:
- لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب لميزاته الأساسية.
- عنوان IP والموقع التقريبي المستنتج منه.
- معرّفات الجهاز والتطبيق، ومنها معرّف الإعلانات حيث يُسمح بذلك.
- معرّفات تثبيت Firebase ورموز تسجيل الإشعارات.
- تفاعلات التطبيق وأحداث الفتح والشاشة الحالية ومعلومات الاستخدام الأساسية.
- معلومات التشخيص والأداء والأمان ومنع الاحتيال، وخيارات الموافقة على الإعلانات حيث يتطلب القانون ذلك.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
نستخدم هذه المعلومات لتشغيل التطبيق وتحسينه وفهم طريقة استخدامه وعرض الإعلانات. إذا راسلتنا فسنستخدم بريدك الإلكتروني للرد عليك، وقد نرسل إليك إشعارات مهمة أو عروضًا ترويجية.
الأطراف الثالثة
تُرسل بيانات مجمّعة ومجهولة الهوية إلى خدمات خارجية لتحسين التطبيق. يستخدم التطبيق الخدمات التالية، ولكل منها سياسة خصوصية خاصة، وقد تستخدم خدمات الإعلانات معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك:

حقوقك وحذف البيانات
يمكنك إيقاف جمع البيانات بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق. نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال استخدامك للتطبيق ولمدة معقولة بعده. لطلب حذف بياناتك راسلنا على support@ultrasaat.com.
الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا اكتشفنا ذلك فسنحذف البيانات فورًا.
طلب حذف البيانات
لا يوفر التطبيق حسابات حاليًا. لطلب حذف المعلومات المرتبطة بتثبيتك استخدم صفحة حذف البيانات.
الأمان
نتخذ إجراءات مناسبة لحماية معلوماتك، لكن لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تمامًا.
التغييرات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the Ultra Sat app (com.ultrasat.app), provided by SK Upload (the Service Provider) as a free service.
Information we collect
The Application collects information when you download and use it, which may include:
- The Application does not require an account for its core features.
- IP address and approximate location derived from it.
- Device and app identifiers, including advertising identifiers where permitted.
- Firebase installation identifiers and push notification registration tokens.
- App interactions, app-open events, current screen information and basic usage information.
- Diagnostic, performance, security and fraud-prevention information, and advertising consent choices where the law requires them.
How we use information
We use this information to run and improve the Application, understand how it is used, and show advertising. If you contact us, we use your email address to reply and may send you important notices or promotional messages.
Third parties
Aggregated, anonymised data is sent to external services to improve the Application. The Application uses the services below, each with its own privacy policy. Advertising services may use your device's advertising ID.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
Your rights and data deletion
You can stop data collection by uninstalling the Application. We keep data while you use the Application and for a reasonable time afterwards. To request deletion of your data, email support@ultrasaat.com.
Children
The Application is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we discover such data, we delete it immediately.
Data deletion requests
The Application does not currently provide accounts. To request deletion of information associated with your installation, use the data deletion page.
Security
We take appropriate steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
